Why choose me

As a experienced Kitsap Realtor with 25+ years of experience; I have enjoyed assisting hundreds of clients to accomplish their real estate goals. Today my business focus is new and pre-owned homes, waterfront, investment properties, exchanges and land transfers. My promise is to guide and never push my buyers and sellers into their decisions.
Homeowners who are move-up buyers need to know the mechanics involved with selling their current house before purchasing a new home. Simultaneous closings can be very difficult for people who are inexperienced and uniformed. As an experienced Realtor I prefer to sit down with all clients to discuss current market conditions, recent changes in law, real estate values, and to provide buyers and sellers with a check list outlining what to expect before we draft a professional plan of action. There are countless details after an offer is mutually accepted so I also provide a written list detailing the closing process for my client’s future reference.

As A Realtor

Not all Real Estate agents are Realtors. The result is that they don’t practice by the standards we as Realtors abide by.
I have earned four of the top Realtor designations: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) and EA-Broker (Earth Advantage Broker).
Today only 4 percent of Realtors in the United States have completed the education requirements and number of successful transactions to earn the coveted CRS designation.
I am a member of: The National Association of Realtors, Washington Association of Realtors, and Kitsap Association of Realtors. I have also served on the agent advisory board.

Serving others

Windermere Real Estate’s community involvement stands out above most others. We support the Windermere Foundation to assist people having various needs in our local community. Part of all Windermere commissions is donated to the Foundation. It is good to know that the Windermere Foundation is not laden with excessive administrative cost and expenses like other charities. Our contributions actually get to people who need it in our local communities.
Windermere also sets aside one day a year for Community Service Day. We close our offices and work on different community projects. Each year we search for new projects such as revitalizing local parks, schools and even the fairgrounds.
We have our annual community shredding day for past and present customers. A large shredding truck comes to our office and instantly shreds outdated paper documents. We don't limit on how many boxes of documents people are able to shred. People can also dispose their old computers, monitors and TVs as well.
